Former Conservative MP Louise Mensch has announced she's working on Heat Street, a news and information project, alongside NBC and ABC producer Noah Kotch, who helped launch media and technology company Vocativ.

The site 'will, in a spirit of free speech and no "safe spaces", cover a variety of topics from a diversity of viewpoints', and Mensch commented on Twitter 'Disagreement will be encouraged' on the site.
